After Narrowly Averting A Shutdown, Congress Prepares For Fall Furor

Hard line Republicans in Congress lost the battle to restrict federal funding for Planned Parenthood and the government averted a shutdown last week. But now battle lines are drawn between conservatives and ultra conservatives over the debt ceiling, funding for the highway bill and reauthorization of the Export-Import Bank — all of which could happen this fall.
