Wear Blue and Support Men’s Health Month

On average, men in the United States die five and a half years earlier than women and at a higher rate from 9 of the top 10 leading causes of death. This Men’s Health Month, the Office of Minority Health of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services are encouraging men to take important steps towards improving their health, such as eating healthy food, staying active, quitting smoking, getting regular checkups and taking care of their mental health needs.
